PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read all Terms & Conditions carefully before placing a pre-order item on our website. By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
- Full payment is required at the time you place your pre-order
- Kindly review all information, including dates, size, colour, delivery address, contact number before completing your purchase. Any changes is not allowed.
- We’ll process your order and prepare your consignment note as soon as payment is confirmed
- Orders will be sent out in sequence, according to the order number
- Cancellations or exchanges are not allowed for pre-order items, unless the item is defect
- Please note that if your order includes both ready-stock and pre-order items, it will be shipped once the pre-order items arrive at our HQ. For earlier delivery of ready-stock items, kindly place a separate order

SHIPPING DETAILS
Shipping On Normal Day
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next postage day (business day), excluding weekends and public holidays
- The process will take 1-2 business day
- You will receive your tracking information through an automated email notification

Shipping on Peak Season / During Sales Season
- Orders will be processed within 3-5 business day after payment is received
- Please note that orders placed during peak seasons or sales periods may take longer to process due to high order volumes
- No refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed peak season/during sales season
International Shipping
- International deliveries will be shipped via SF Express. Shipping may be delayed by 3–4 weeks. Please understand that we have no control over delays in transit
- Any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable delivery risks, import clearance, or any related charges, as these are beyond our control
REMINDER
- Please note that once a parcel is handed over to the courier, it becomes the courier’s responsibility. We are not liable for any issues, delays, or losses that may occur thereafter
- Unclaimed parcels returned to us are non-refundable, and reshipping charges will be borne by the customer
- The tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours to become active after the “Order Shipped” email is sent
- Please record a clear unboxing video. Without an unboxing video, any issues or claims will not be accepted
